Abundant Health Acupuncture is located at Synergy Massage and Bodywork - 7 Limerock Street, Rockland, Maine.

The building is located on the short section of Limerock Street which connects Main Street (a one way street that is really a continuation of Route 1 through Rockland) and Union Street (another one way street that parallels Main Street with traffic going in the opposite direction).

From the south:

Take Route 1 north into Rockland and turn left onto Main Street at the lights. Continue through the next set of lights until you see the sign for Limerock Street on your left. You'll see the Black Bull Tavern on the corner closest to you and Kenniston Realty on the opposite corner. Synergy is located on the same side of the street and next to Kenniston Realty. Rockland Post Office is also located on the same side of the street a bit further up.

From the north:

Take Route 1 south until you need to bear left onto Union Street (just past the Brown Bag Restaurant) at that mini rotary thing. Get into the left hand lane, as you'll want to go through the first set of lights and turn onto School Street. This street is between Bank of America and TD Bank. From there you will see the municipal parking lot and Synergy is diagonally across the street from this on Limerock Street.

There is free two hour parking both in front of Synergy as well as in the large municipal lot diagonally across the street.
